From the West:
Long Island Expressway to exit 73 (end), Rte 58 to Rte 25 eastbound to Southold.

From the Southeast:
Rte 51 to Riverhead then Rte 25 to Southold or Rte 24 to Riverhead then Rte 25 to Southold.

From the Southwest:
Sagitkos Parkway to LIE eastbound to exit 73. Rte 58 to Rte 25 eastbound to Southold.

(approximately 20 miles east of Riverhead junction Rte 58 and 25. Library is on Rte 25 in center of village across the street from Dickinson Realty and parking lot. Southold Free Library is a red brick building on the left side of the street going East.
